During the summer of 1999, David Miller was contacted by the producers of the "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" television show to create makeup effects for a new show entitled "ANGEL", a spin-off of "Buffy".  Although it was a fun challenge,  the rigors of a weekly television show did take it's toll.  "I have never had to cut so many corners in my entire career to get things done in time. "  says Miller.  "In spite of the horrendous schedule, we still were able to create some decent characters and had the chance to work with some great people", he adds.
